“Heart Won’t Forget” workout – Aaptiv

35 min, Advanced
Run plus strength

Goal: stronger and efficient runner

Warmup: 2 min at 6.0 mph, 1 min walk

Two times:
2 min at 7.5 mph, 15 push-ups in 1 min
2 min at 8.0 mph, 15 push-ups in 1 min
2 min at 8.5 mph, 15 push-ups in 1 min

Three times:
1 min at 9.0 mph
1 min walk at 3.0 mph
1 min 10 burpees

I only did the last set two times. Those burpees are a killer! I thought I was about to throw up or faint after the second time through. What a tough workout! She recommends doing this 2-3 times a week and I just might!
